5. Mobile Money and Bank Card Processing

Jengupay facilitates payment processing through Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) and local/international bank cards. We strive to ensure that these services are reliable and secure. However, Jengupay is not responsible for any errors, delays, or interruptions in payment processing caused by third-party providers, such as mobile network operators or banks. You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of these third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Jengupay or its licensors. Our liability to you will never exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Jengupay in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
